Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience.
Master’s degree and 5+ years of related experience.
PhD and 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead team of technical staff performing direct administration of Information Systems and associated classified networks.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for aspiring managers and new leaders.
Interact with internal executives, CIDO Program Management Office, and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Oversee the rollout and day-to-day enforcement of CIDO standards, policies, and procedures within the team.
Lead day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Maintain and update tools (e.g., ticketing, project tracking) for real-time leadership visibility into work status.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training or certification opportunities.
Assist in prioritizing tasks based on risk, impact, and resource availability.
