Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Manager to lead strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives for major clients in a dynamic environment. You will shape enterprise plans, coach teams, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations for senior executives.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in strategy and transformation, communicate clearly, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in strategy, business transformation, operating model, growth strategy or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution alignment.
• Ability to travel ~50% based on client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams that support enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee the creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables used for decision-making and planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
