Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Senior Consultant to lead strategy, growth and transformation engagements focused on cyber risk, operating models, and program PMO support. You will partner with clients and Deloitte teams to deliver assessments and actionable roadmaps across diverse industries.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, meticulous work and the ability to guide complex programs to successful outcomes, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; multiple fields acceptable depending on background.
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 4+ years of consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project team involvement.
• Experience with cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or PMO for cyber/tech programs.
• Experience with cyber assessments or frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types, including risk and maturity assessments, target operating model design, and tech risk initiatives.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, tracking milestones, RAID logs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy, assessment, and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments including infrastructure, databases, applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Design target operating models with governance, roles, responsibilities, and process design for cyber/tech functions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support multi-faceted assessment and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation across domestic and global engagements.
