Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Consultant to help clients navigate the evolving threat landscape by delivering cyber strategy, assessments, and transformation initiatives. You will support PMO tasks, design target operating models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success across domestic and global engagements.

Ideal candidates bring experience in cyber risk, frameworks like NIST/ISO, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 2+ years of consulting, SIs or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or program/project management.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001.
• Ability to travel ~50%, visa sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types (risk, maturity, target operating models).
• Provide PMO support for cyber/technology programs (milestones, RAID logs, cross-functional coordination).
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, processes).
• Assist in designing target operating models (organization, governance, roles, processes).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessment and transformation engagements.
• Deliver project work via research, analysis, documentation, and recommendations across domestic/global engagements.
