Job summary

Deloitte is hiring a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Manager to join our Strategy, Growth & Transformation team in McLean, VA. You will shape strategy, lead transformation initiatives, and drive execution across multiple client workstreams while coaching teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in strategy or enterprise change, and 3+ years of leading project workstreams with consulting or corporate experience. Travel 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, operating model, growth strategy, or enterprise change.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams and managing teams in consulting or corporate environments.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and implementation recommendations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and execution alignment.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams that support enterprise strategy, growth, and transformation objectives.
• Manage teams in developing analyses, insights, and recommendations for client executives.
• Oversee creation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables for decision-making and planning.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and address risks or issues.
• Support business development, proposal development, and internal practice-building initiatives.
