You will develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and maturity assessments, while delivering client-ready reports and engaging with senior stakeholders. Mentoring and business development are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 2–4 years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy.
• Knowledge of NIST/ISO controls and regulatory considerations.
• Strong presentation, reporting, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Assess programs, governance structures, and operating models against industry frameworks.
• Develop risk-based roadmaps and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations; mentor junior staff.
• Support business development and contribute to practice-building efforts.
