Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs, governance, and risk management. You will evaluate programs, design target operating models, and deliver actionable recommendations across industries.

You'll work with cross-functional teams, prepare client-ready deliverables, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 25-50% as needed. Location: Anywhere in the country; join EY’s flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field with ~3–5 years of experience; or a graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and policy development.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with clients and EY teams.
• Evaluate cybersecurity programs, governance structures, policies, and operating models against industry frameworks.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and knowledge sharing.
