Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and align security investments with business goals. You will lead engagements, assess governance, and deliver executive-level recommendations across cybersecurity strategy, risk, and operating model transformation.

The role involves managing workstreams, guiding teams, and contributing to business development in a hybrid client-facing environment. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant experience in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation.
• Experience advising on cybersecurity programs and leading client-facing engagements.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, and controls to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and executive-level recommendations aligned to business objectives.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
