Job summary

EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs, align security investments to business objectives, and drive enterprise resilience across industries.

You will manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and deliver executive-level recommendations while staying abreast of regulations, emerging threats, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience; or 4+ years with graduate degree.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, strategy, operating model.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy engagements and develop target operating models.
• Assess cybersecurity programs, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls.
• Collaborate with client leadership and EY teams to deliver recommendations.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
