EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements across multiple industries. The role focuses on aligning security investments with business goals and strengthening enterprise resilience.

You will guide governance, risk management, and operating-model transformation while collaborating with executives and EY teams. Travel is expected as needed, with a flexible, client-focused schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk, strategy, and program improvement.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, and PCI DSS.
• Willingness to travel based on client and business needs (approx. 25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for diverse industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance, policies, standards, and controls to identify gaps.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Support business development and collaborate with EY's cybersecurity and broader capabilities.
