Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs, align security investments to business goals, and enhance enterprise resilience across industries.

You will lead engagements, manage workstreams, and mentor teams while monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging threats to deliver practical, executive-ready recommendations within scope and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience (or graduate degree with 4+ years).
• Experience advising on cybersecurity program improvement, governance, risk management, and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS).
• Experience leading client-facing cybersecurity engagements and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments; translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
