Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to guide client engagements, strengthening cybersecurity programs and aligning investments with business goals. You will lead governance, risk management, and operating model transformations across industries, while developing strategic roadmaps and executive recommendations.

Collaborate with EY teams to deliver integrated solutions, monitor threats and regulatory changes, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• A background in cybersecurity assessments, governance, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading client-facing cybersecurity engagements and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, governance structures, and control environments to identify risks and gaps.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Manage engagement workstreams, teams, and client delivery within timelines and budgets.
