Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Cyber Strategy practice to strengthen clients' cybersecurity programs, align security investments to business objectives, and enhance enterprise resilience. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements across cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, and operating model transformation.

You will manage engagement workstreams, guide teams, monitor threats, and contribute to business development while collaborating with EY's cybersecurity and broader capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, strategy and operating model
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS
• Familiarity with HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA
• Experience in client-facing engagements
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50%

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries
• Assess cybersecurity programs, operating models, governance structures, policies and controls
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps
• Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets
• Monitor threats and regulatory developments and translate insights into recommendations
• Collaborate across EY's cybersecurity and broader capabilities to deliver integrated solutions
