Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs, strengthen risk governance, and develop practical strategies for diverse clients. You will shape target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level deliverables while collaborating with EY teams across industries.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, travel of 25–50%, and strong communication skills to present findings to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, engineering or business with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 2–4 years.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and roadmap development.
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, workshops, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate governance structures, policies, operating models, and risk management capabilities against industry practices.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support business development initiatives.
