Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Cyber Strategy to help clients strengthen cybersecurity programs and align security investments with business objectives. You will lead engagements across governance, risk, and operating model transformation.

As a Manager, you’ll manage workstreams and teams, monitor threats and regulatory developments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. You’ll also contribute to business development and client relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years with graduate degree.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
• Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, and controls to identify gaps.
• Develop strategies, target operating models, and executive recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Manage engagement workstreams, teams, timelines, and budgets; monitor threats and regulatory developments.
