• 6+ years creating client-ready roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
• 6+ years using analytical methods to assess trends and impacts.
• 6+ years leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of strategy engagements across growth and transformation.
• Oversee multiple workstreams; connect analyses to business objectives.
• Develop executive-level materials: roadmaps, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Advise senior stakeholders on corporate, customer, M&A, workforce, and operations strategy.
• Mentor junior practitioners and support team development.
