Job summary

Aon in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Cyber Solutions - PE to lead cross‑functional efforts from our hybrid Chicago office. You will coordinate the team’s book of business, work with CyQu and Analytics, and ensure high‑quality client service across PE/M&A initiatives.

You will mentor colleagues, shape PE/MA strategies, and connect with account personnel to drive growth while applying deep knowledge of Cyber and E&O insurance markets and effective broking practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Cyber/E&O insurance experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational abilities and information sharing.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Active P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facets of the team's book of business and direct resources for client support and prospect development.
• Develop and mentor team members, addressing performance and management issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Cyber Solutions and regions.
• Build PE/M&A vertical with AMATS leadership and coordinate intra‑team relationships.
• Connect with Aon account personnel to ensure consistent service and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cyber and E&O markets and our services.
• Lead negotiations to improve broking results and manage client programs end‑to‑end.
