Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 12 years of experience, or MS with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years.
• 8 years of proven leadership in functional engineering management.
• 5 years’ technical manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity division; focus on people leadership and technical performance.
• Staffing, workload forecasting, mentoring, and career development for team members.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, requisitions, and interviewing for hiring managers; identify rotational opportunities.
• Ensure team meets technical requirements across supported programs; perform in-depth technical work as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive program objectives.
