Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Cyber Software Engineer (Level 1 Cno Analyst/Programmer) to design and develop software tools across Windows, UNIX, and embedded platforms. The role requires a strong foundation in Python/C/C++ and experience with debugging complex systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience; Master's with 2 years; PhD with 0 years.
Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance required or ability to obtain one.
Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging systems.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into the tools developed.
Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET; UNIX applications using make files; embedded or mobile development using build environments.
Provide/author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
