Lafayette Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engagement Coordination Manager to support federal cybersecurity programs in Arlington, VA.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating strategy into actionable products and coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements. Ideal candidates have an active TS clearance, US citizenship, and 8+ years in cybersecurity, with strong relationship management and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business analysis, management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience translating strategy into actionable products.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide tailored recommendations as a trusted advisor for clients’ programs and processes.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions with external stakeholders to align product recommendations with operations and compliance.
• Coordinate targeted engagement to deliver cyber products to priority communities.
• Translate cybersecurity topics into clear oral and written communications for executives and technical teams.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative performance data to report on key metrics.
• Support translating strategic products into practical formats for stakeholder groups.
