Job summary

Avertium is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the high-quality delivery of managed security services within its Cyber Fusion Center. You will be the primary advocate for assigned accounts, ensuring expectations are met and obligations fulfilled.

You will oversee resource forecasting, staffing, and alignment of delivery resources with business needs, while driving customer satisfaction, governance, and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Threat Detection and Exposure Management operations.
• Experience with XDR solutions, preferably Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne.
• Strong influence, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement corrective actions.
• Proactive risk management for high-risk projects.
• Ability to present high-impact messages to executive management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of representing the company publicly.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate global and virtual teams.
• Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities
