Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver critical Microsoft security migration initiatives. This is a hands-on, subject matter expert (SME) role focused on technical execution rather than people management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft security solutions and a proven track record of managing complex cybersecurity projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from Proofpoint to Microsoft Email Security
• CrowdStrike to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Server
• Implement and configure Microsoft Sentinel as the new Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform
• Identify security gaps and recommend effective remediation strategies
• Develop, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and leadership
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience with a strong focus on Microsoft security technologies
• Proven experience successfully delivering Microsoft security migration projects
