Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead high-impact programs focused on PAM, IGA, IAA, and data protection in the financial services domain. You will guide global teams of technical and non-technical staff, partnering with stakeholders to define benefits and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include risk management, scheduling, escalating issues, and maintaining project artifacts while following the firm’s software delivery methodology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology project leadership experience.
• Financial services domain familiarity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $250K–$3M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead global cybersecurity initiatives across IAM, PAM, IGA, and data protection.
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to define project benefits and outcomes.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; create and track schedules.
• Escalate and resolve conflicts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and submit status reports per guidelines.
• Maintain project artifacts and ensure quality and methodology adherence.

Job description

Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact cybersecurity initiatives focused on:

• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
• Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
• Data Protection

Responsibilities:

• Lead global teams consisting of technical and non-technical employees and consultants to drive successful execution of strategic cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to define expected project benefits and outcomes and ensure successful achievement through project completion.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop project schedules including effort estimates and task sequences and assignments and ensure they are adhered to; ensure projects are optimally sequenced and coordinated for efficiency.
• Lead resolution of conflicts or escalations in support of project or program delivery.
• Create and submit project/program status reports that are accurate and comply with team guidelines.
• Establish and maintain project artifact repository; review project deliverables to ensure quality and ensure project adheres to internal software delivery methodology.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience, including Financial Services
• 5+ years leading large-scale technology projects
• Cybersecurity project experience in IAM, PAM, IGA, Data Protection, Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skill
• Experience managing project budgets ($250K-$3M+)
• Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft 365
