Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience managing complex projects.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Associate's with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with Cradle charts, Pareto charts, trend analysis, dashboards.
• Coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct personnel management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle of a major Red Team certification and accreditation project.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables.
• Translate certification and technical requirements into actionable tasks and ownership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, assessors, and supporting orgs.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, and deliverables; manage risks.
• Develop reporting tools to communicate performance and issues.
• Prepare status reports and executive summaries; establish PM processes and trackers.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
