Grand Rapids Community College is seeking a Cyber Security Lab Assistant to support the Computer Information Systems department and the Center for Cyber Security Studies. You will build, configure, and maintain hands-on lab environments, support virtual range development, and represent the department at regional security conferences and community meetings.

• Strong organizational skills for event planning and departmental coordination.

• Network & Infrastructure Administration: Configure and support network configurations using systems like pfSense and Proxmox.
• Community & Advisory Participation: Attend and participate in regional cybersecurity events and industry group meetings (such as MISEC).
• Lab Support & Maintenance: Assist faculty with laboratory setups, general administrative tasks, and maintaining lab availability.

• Network & Infrastructure Administration: Configure and support network configurations using systems like pfSense and Proxmox.
• Community & Advisory Participation: Attend and participate in regional cybersecurity events and industry group meetings (such as MISEC).
• Lab Support & Maintenance: Assist faculty with laboratory setups, general administrative tasks, and maintaining lab availability.
