• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems, plus AI tools.
• Ability to balance competing priorities while providing exceptional service.
• Ability to collaborate across departments; organize workshops and events.

Responsibilities

• Provides academic advising during the day and limited evening in individual consultations, group events or presentations.
• Plans and implements academic success, orientation, and student engagement programs.
• Develops workshops and programs focused on academic planning, orientation, and student success.
• Develops, disseminates and maintains resources to assist students with academic planning and development.
• Coordinates complex activities to support student academic planning.
