Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking an entry-level Cyber Security Engineer (Air Systems) in Hunt Valley, MD to contribute to autonomy and unmanned platforms. You will work on security solutions and integrate ML/vision across air systems.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience, and participate in mentorship and development opportunities while pursuing degrees in robotics/autonomy related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering with focus in robotics or autonomy.
• Experience with intelligence and machine learning applications in autonomy contexts.
• Familiarity with multiagent autonomous vehicle simulations and relevant tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomy solutions and security-conscious features for air systems.
• Apply ML, vision, and other emerging technologies to unmanned platforms.
• Design, simulate, build, and field-test autonomous vehicles and subsystems.
