Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Group Manager to lead a diverse team of managers, engineers and analysts in safeguarding bank assets, customers, and associates. You will drive security controls across malware defense, network security, data protection and identity safeguards.

Responsibilities include setting enterprise strategies, guiding SOX compliance, and partnering with business units to integrate security into operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent strong experience in tech or business.
• Fifteen+ years related experience with leadership roles.
• Experience building enterprise cyber security programs and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Cyber Security programs and architecture strategy.
• Drive SOX compliance and risk management across teams.
• Partner with TODD to implement secure controls for cloud and on‑prem.
• Develop metrics and report to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop the Cyber Security staff.
