Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Administrator to support a critical DoD task order focused on enhanced domain awareness. The role involves managing security compliance, ATO processes, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response in cloud and hybrid environments.

You will implement security controls, perform risk assessments, maintain SSP/SAR/POA&M artifacts, coordinate with DoD cybersecurity officials, and ensure timely ATO maintenance across GovCloud, Azure,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing security controls for cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with risk assessments and continuous security monitoring.
• Familiarity with DoD security frameworks and ATO processes.

Responsibilities

• Document ATO, security compliance, ATO management, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Implement and manage security controls, risk assessments, and compliance measures across GovCloud-hosted environments, including Azure and AWS.
• Apply knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, and IL-4/IL-5 security mandates.
• Utilize SIEM capabilities and RBAC, manage vulnerability scanning and incident response.
• Manage the ATO lifecycle including SSP, SAR, and POA&M artifacts and ongoing compliance monitoring.
