Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Administrator to support a critical task order focusing on enhanced domain awareness. The role involves managing security compliance, ATO processes, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response within cloud and hybrid environments.

The candidate will apply NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, and IL-4/IL-5 mandates while leveraging SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, AWS Security Hub), RBAC, and Zero Trust principles to maintain secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field or 5 years of equivalent cybersecurity operations experience.
• Experience enforcing security controls for cloud infrastructure in DoD/compliance contexts.
• Experience administering SIEM solutions and conducting risk assessments in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Document ATO, security compliance, and continuous monitoring.
• Implement and manage security controls, risk assessments, and compliance across GovCloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Apply NIST 800-53 Rev.5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, IL-4/IL-5 security mandates.
• Leverage SIEM, RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
• Utilize cloud-native security tools, Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), and STIGs.
• Manage the ATO process including documentation and ongoing compliance.
• Maintain ATOs for programs in DoD or federal environments.
