Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC seeks a Cyber Security Administrator to support a critical task order focused on enhanced domain awareness, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident response in cloud and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include documenting ATO, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with DoD security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 Rev.

5, FedRAMP, and RMF across GovCloud (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of cybersecurity operations experience.
• Experience applying DoD/FedRAMP security frameworks.
• Experience with cloud security configurations and compliance.
• Experience with SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel, AWS Security Hub).
• Knowledge of ATO lifecycle (SSP, SAR, POA&M).
• RBAC and least-privilege enforcement.
• Experience coordinating with DoD cybersecurity officials.

Responsibilities

• Document ATO, security compliance, and continuous monitoring.
• Implement and manage security controls and risk assessments across GovCloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Apply NIST 800-53 Rev. 5, FedRAMP, DoD RMF, IL-4/IL-5 mandates.
• Utilize SIEM, RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and incident response capabilities.
• Leverage cloud-native security tools and ZTA concepts; follow STIGs.
• Manage the ATO process: documentation, submission, ongoing monitoring.
• Demonstrate completion and maintenance of ATOs in DoD or federal environments.
