As a vital member of our Zscaler team, you will help clients understand and navigate their complex Enterprise Identity environments. Your expertise will be key in evaluating, enhancing, and developing innovative solutions, processes, and policies to meet each client's Zero Trust requirements. The opportunity

The Zscaler Engineer Senior will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. Responsibilities include working with various teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents.

Our Zero Trust services assist clients in aligning security strategies with business goals, managing Zero Trust access, and enforcing policies. We collaborate with third-party vendors to provide strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of Zero Trust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect network infrastructure.
  2. Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
  3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
  4. Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment and management.
  5. Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
  6. Implement and manage security policies within Zscaler platform.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  8. Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
  9. Stay current with Zscaler security trends and technologies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  1. Solid understanding of Zscaler security solutions, including ZIA and ZPA.
  2. Proficiency in configuring and managing Zscaler services.
  3. Knowledge of network security best practices and standards.
  4. Ability to implement security controls in network environments.
  5. Understanding of network security principles.
  6. Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Excellent documentation skills.
Minimum Criteria
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in network security.
  3. Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and features.
  4. Experience with security tools and technologies.
  5. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  6. Understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
  7. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Relevant certifications (Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certifications in Zscaler solutions.
  2. Experience with cloud security technologies (CSPM, Data Protection, AI).
  3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  4. In-depth knowledge of Zscaler architecture and deployment.
  5. Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
