The opportunity

The Zscaler Engineer Senior will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. This involves working with various teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents.

Our Zero Trust services help clients align security management with business goals by managing access and enforcing policies. We collaborate with third-party vendors to offer comprehensive services, including strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of Zero Trust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
2. Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
4. Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment and management.
5. Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
6. Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
8. Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
9. Stay updated on Zscaler security trends and technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Zscaler, such as Zscaler for Users - Essentials.
• Knowledge of additional cloud security tools and technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Zscaler architecture and deployment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash.
