As a member of our Zscaler team, you will play a crucial role in enabling clients to understand and manage their complex Enterprise Identity environments. The Opportunity

The Senior Zscaler Engineer will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. Responsibilities include working with various teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents.

Our Zero Trust services help clients align security strategies with business objectives, managing access and enforcing policies with third-party vendor support. Our services encompass strategy, assessment, testing, and deployment of Zero Trust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
• Monitor and configure Zscaler services for optimal security.
• Perform regular security assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment.
• Respond to security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
• Develop and enforce security policies within Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Train internal teams on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay updated on Zscaler security trends and technologies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA).
• Experience configuring and managing Zscaler services.
• Understanding of network security best practices.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in network security.
• Proficiency with Zscaler solutions and network security tools.

• Certifications like Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), CISSP are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
