Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team helps clients align cyber programs with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. We design governance, organizational structures, and risk assessments to stay ahead of evolving threats.

As a Senior Consultant, you will support cyber strategy engagements, PMO activities, and cross-functional delivery across domestic and global client projects, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in cyber security or technology risk.
• Experience in cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or PMO for cyber programs.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, or ISO 27001.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ITIL, PMP, CIPM; cloud security experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types including risk/maturity assessments.
• Provide PMO support for cyber/tech programs and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for delivery.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments including infrastructure and apps.
• Support target operating model design: organization, governance, roles, and processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessments and transformations.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, recommendations and implementation support.
