FM is seeking a Manager, Cyber Risk Consulting to lead and grow its cyber resilience advisory capabilities within FM Solutions. The role focuses on expanding client-facing services, guiding strategic direction, and strengthening FM’s position as a trusted advisor on cyber risks affecting industrial operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, business, risk management, or a related field.
• Equivalent cybersecurity, insurance, consulting, advisory, or leadership experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Cyber Risk Consulting strategy, growth, and service development.
• Lead the expansion of cyber resilience advisory offerings and client-facing services.
• Manage and develop the Cyber Risk Consulting team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Engage with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to position services and deliver tangible resilience outcomes.
• Represent FM externally through client meetings, industry forums, and advisory boards.
