Job summary

Travelers Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Manager within our Cyber Risk Services team. You will lead projects to develop and deliver cutting-edge cyber risk assessment and mitigation services, informing underwriting decisions and strengthening our clients’ cybersecurity posture across the portfolio.

You will communicate findings to policyholders, brokers and underwriters, guide risk remediation efforts, and help shape the strategic direction of Travelers' cyber risk advisory offerings in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance, cybersecurity, or legal industries.
• 4+ years of insurance or cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult on cybersecurity controls and best practices to assist clients in enhancing their security posture.
• Conduct moderately complex comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats for policyholders.
• Analyze and evaluate existing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to support recommendations while ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Develop and deliver actionable recommendations to policyholders on mitigating cyber risks, including overseeing remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with underwriters to provide insights into client cyber risk profiles.
• Maintain understanding of the evolving cyber threat landscape and emerging threats.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing Cyber Risk Advisory services and develop new offerings.
• Assist with increasing team awareness of the cyber threat landscape.
