Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Readiness and Resilience Analyst to support USCYBERCOM alignment on cyber workforce readiness and occupational health initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, governance development, and executive reporting for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate brings expertise in military readiness reporting, operational assessments, and experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to produce actionable insights and ensure program effectiveness across DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s with extensive experience in related field.
• Experience in military readiness reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of DoD readiness systems and MET/METL-based assessments.
• Ability to develop dashboards and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with JP 3-0 and JP 3-12 doctrine and operational guidance.
• Strong written and oral communication; security clearanceed eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee USCYBERCOM occupational health, resilience and workforce initiatives.
• Develop governance, metrics, and reporting for readiness programs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, resource access, and mission impact.
• Analyze cyber workforce readiness, workload, fatigue, and resilience.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve occupational health outcomes.
• Develop readiness models and task criteria to assess capability.
• Support Joint Cyber Training and readiness reporting activities.
• Aggregate and visualize data using Tableau/Power BI/Excel.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Translate data into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data-protection requirements.
