Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Offensive Cyber Operations Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Cyber Operations Policy in developing, implementing, and assessing policies, strategies, and plans for offensive cyberspace operations.

Parsons is a digitally enabled solutions provider focused on the defense, security, and infrastructure markets. This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and will involve coordination with USCYBERCOM and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting offensive cyberspace operations.
• Experience providing technical support on offensive cyber capabilities and execution.
• Familiarity with intelligence-development-operations and USCYBERCOM processes.
• Knowledge of offensive cyber policy development and implementation.
• Five years of experience briefing complex concepts to GO/FO/SES-level leaders.
• Ability to interface effectively with senior-level leadership.
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and strategic support for Offensive Cyber Operations.
• Analyze offensive cyber missions, objectives, risks, authorities, and outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies, strategies, and plans for OCO.
• Assess alignment of OCO activities with DoW policy and requirements.
• Apply DoW/USCYBERCOM processes to policy development.
• Provide technical support and advice on offensive cyber capabilities and mission execution.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Brief complex concepts to GO/FO/SES-level leaders.
• Coordinate with DoW organizations, USCYBERCOM, and intelligence partners.
• Identify operational risks and gaps to improve offensive cyber effectiveness.
