Job summary

Serco is seeking a Cyber Ranges Support professional to join the OTTI/AF mission in the Pentagon. The role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and 10 years of related experience.

You will embed with AF/A35E, serve as a key conduit with the Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes, and provide Cyber Range expertise to support policy and initiative delivery. The position emphasizes collaboration across high‑level stakeholders, policy development, and readiness

Qualifications

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
10 years of relevant experience required.
Experience with Cyber Range elements.
Ability to develop and communicate strategies for AF-wide initiatives.
Experience with HAF/MAJCOM-level coordination, policy development and strategic communications.

Responsibilities

Embed with AF/A35E and coordinate with Air Force Interoperability Council and Five Eyes partners.
Provide Cyber Range expertise and policy insight to AF initiatives and OTTI integration.
Support Air Force policy guidance development and OTTI-related objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across DoD and industry.
