Kids Quest, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Quest Assistant Arcade Manager at Black Oak Casino Resort in Tuolumne, CA. You will support the Center Director in overseeing daily operations, lead team members, and help deliver engaging guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, inventory and merchandise management, and ensuring a clean, safe environment while pursuing revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), and exclusive discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with an ability to work in a casino/gaming environment.
• Must be able to complete and pass required background screening (which may include a drug test).
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be passionate about play and children, enjoy meeting new people.
• Management experience (minimum one-year required).
• Experience with POS use and Cashiering (a must).
• Inventory management, experience with ordering, and merchandising (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Center Operations: Oversee daily operations with the Center Director to ensure safety, organization, and guest engagement.
• Team Leadership: Support recruitment, training, and motivation of team members to promote growth.
• Guest Experience: Foster hospitality and memorable guest experiences to encourage return visits.
• Issue Resolution: Address team member and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Business Growth: Work with the Center Director to identify opportunities and strategies to increase revenue and guest retention.
• Inventory & Merchandise Management: Support stock control and merchandising for revenue.
• Center Standards & Communication: Maintain cleanliness and inform the Center Director of performance and challenges.
