Chronos Operations, LLC is seeking a Cyber Project Management Specialist to provide end-to-end project coordination for defense operations, supporting AMC Headquarters at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The role bridges cybersecurity teams, program management, and DoD stakeholders to meet milestones and compliance.

The candidate will manage integrated master schedules, track progress, and ensure deliverables align with mission objectives, security reviews, and customer acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in project/program coordination, including large cybersecurity projects.
• Experience coordinating IT/OT based systems in DoD environments preferred.
• Hands-on with Jira, GitLab, or equivalent platforms to manage workflows and sprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 2–5 active projects across their full delivery lifecycle.
• Build and baseline IMS schedules and milestone tracking plans.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Maintain RADI logs and enforce change-control processes.
• Prepare and present status reports for PMO and senior leadership.
