Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in cyber leadership or enterprise program management.
• Extensive NASA experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and stakeholders.
• Proven ability managing customer relationships in high-visibility federal programs.
• Experience leading remote enterprise cybersecurity teams and mentoring staff.
• Ability to obtain government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee cybersecurity strategy, plans, and architecture for NASA missions.
• Direct cybersecurity operations, engineering, and incident response to meet NASA requirements.
• Identify security risks and adjust defenses to maintain compliance and resilience.
• Deliver measurable security improvements and risk-based recommendations to stakeholders.
• Track metrics, report program performance, and ensure audit readiness.
