Job summary

GDIT is seeking a highly experienced Program Cybersecurity Manager to support our NASA Business Area, driving strategy, oversight, and execution of cybersecurity initiatives across the NASA portfolio. The role focuses on building and leading an integrated cyber program that protects mission systems and data through 24x7 security operations and enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years in cyber leadership or enterprise cybersecurity program management.
Experience in NASA environment and developing cybersecurity solutions for NASA mission needs.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to executives and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven track record managing customer relationships in high-visibility federal programs.
Experience leading and mentoring remote enterprise cybersecurity teams and performance management.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders and communicate risk, compliance posture, and mitigation strategies clearly.
Lead strategic cybersecurity leadership aligned with NASA standards and policies.
Direct cybersecurity programs, security operations, engineering, and incident response to meet federal requirements.
Track cybersecurity metrics, ensure audit readiness, and manage enterprise risk activities.
Drive continuous improvement in security posture and secure service delivery.
