Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a strong Project Manager to drive the Cyber Program using traditional waterfall and hybrid delivery.

The role covers end‑to‑end project management from business requirements through execution and closure, aligning with IT Delivery and PMO guidelines. The successful candidate will lead planning, create and maintain detailed plans, manage risks, and ensure value realization while collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Leads planning and execution of assigned projects.
• Translates business strategy into project plans, requirements and schedules.
• Delivers projects on time, within budget, meeting business objectives.
• Applies Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies to project delivery.
• Maintains strong stakeholder alignment and PMO governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plan and charter.
• Facilitate the definition of project mission, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
• Ensure business value realization and optimization through value plans and business case focus.
• Analyze executive vision, market trends, and user needs to select technical options.
• Translate strategy into detailed product requirements, systems architecture, costs, and schedules.
• Use disciplined PMO processes to define scope and execute within cost/schedule.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting outcomes and requirements.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure project closure with lessons learned and required documentation.
• Apply diverse software development life cycles (waterfall & agile).
• Maintain strong interpersonal and organizational skills across all levels.
