Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to guide cross-functional teams using Agile and Waterfall methods. You will lead project planning, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation while ensuring cybersecurity principles drive every decision.

You will deliver secure solutions on time and within budget, manage SDLC artifacts such as charters and design documents, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to align security requirements with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or Iterative methods.
• Deliverables include Project Charters, Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Technical Documentation.
• Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, forecasting, variance explanations and capacity management.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and tools (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to align security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Guide cross-functional cybersecurity teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to achieve objectives.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Deliver secure solutions on time and within budget, aligning with security requirements.
• Manage artifacts such as charters, SDDs, technical documentation, and deployment plans.
