Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking a Programs Coordinator to support directors with agenda creation, background research, and event logistics for cybersecurity policy meetings.

You will manage multiple tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and maintain confidentiality while driving program quality and impact metrics.

Travel occasionally; proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Outlook, Google Suite, and Jotform is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, executive support, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors in agenda creation, theme curation, and speaker recruitment for high-level meetings and roundtables.
• Research, assemble, and distribute background materials for internal and external meetings.
• Support planning, administration, and logistics of virtual and in-person events.
• Liaise with diverse external stakeholders by creating forms and tracking attendance and sponsorship agreements.
• Use digital tools to create forms, surveys, and program materials.
• Take notes in stakeholder meetings and disseminate follow-up materials.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve program quality and efficiency.
• Track Cybersecurity Group and Cyber Summit program updates, events, milestones, and impact metrics.
• Assist with editing and brainstorming ideas on cyber policy thought leadership.
• Lead speaker management for the Aspen Cyber Summit.
• Support external coordination for U.S. and Global Cybersecurity Groups stakeholders.
• Triage internal and external requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to manage timelines and project goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive materials and conversations.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed
