Zusammenfassung

TRM Labs seeks a Lead Instructor, Cyber & OSINT to design and deliver training on cyber investigations, OSINT and CTI for public-sector and private-sector audiences. You will teach across TRM's AI and blockchain platforms, turning complex tradecraft into practical, mission-ready skills.

You will build curriculums, labs, and exercises, develop trainer materials, and travel 50–75% to deliver in-person sessions at partner sites across the US. Strong government training background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience instructing courses or delivering technical training.
• Hands-on experience in cyber investigations, OSINT, or CTI.
• Experience with public sector/government audiences or training these audiences.
• Proven ability to design course content with labs and practical exercises.

Aufgaben

• Program manage and conduct live and virtual training on cyber, OSINT, and CTI.
• Design curriculum, labs, and practical exercises for learners and instructors.
• Teach across TRM's AI and blockchain platforms to link cyber with on-chain tracing.
• Create train-the-trainer materials and reusable content for scaling.
• Build relationships with government and industry partners to grow Learners base.
• Keep materials current with ransomware, APTs, phishing, ATOs, and hacks.
• Maintain proficiency in cyber investigations, OSINT, and threat intelligence.
• Travel 50–75% as required.
