Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner for United States Forces Korea. The role integrates offensive cyberspace operations into strategic plans, develops COAs, and coordinates with USPACOM, USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-C to ensure synchronized cyberspace effects.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years in offensive cyberspace planning or related military experience. DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification within six months is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in offensive cyberspace planning, joint targeting, fires, or planning-related military assignments.
• Baseline certification per DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (8570/8140) within six months of hire.
• Completion of JCOPC or service-specific equivalent within six months.

Responsibilities

• Integrate offensive cyberspace operations into planning documents and designate tactical/operational COAs.
• Oversee commander's end states, target development, and mission execution for cyberspace operations.
• Lead development of Cyberspace Prioritization and Joint directives, focusing on Northeast Asian threat groups.
• Coordinate de-confliction of cyberspace activities with other military domains.
• Synchronize cyberspace effects with maneuver, fires, and operations.
• Lead cyberspace synchronization with USPACOM, USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-C.
• Design and coordinate cyber fires exercises to ensure understanding of processes.
• Utilize AI COP capabilities to depict areas of effects and timing within a theater matrix.
• Support CJADTO framework and participate in Cyberspace/Technical/Joint Effects Groups and OIPB.
