Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Fusion Analyst to support DoD missions on-site in Fort Meade, MD. You will monitor networks, conduct threat hunts, and analyze incidents to strengthen enterprise security and threat intelligence efforts.

The role requires 4+ years in cyber operations, a TS/SCI clearance, and a Security+ or equivalent DoD certification, with hands-on experience using Splunk, Wireshark, and SIEM tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Cyber Operations, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, or Network Defense environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or a related field; additional experience may substitute education.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance and Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze network traffic, logs, and SIEM alerts to identify malicious activity and cyber threats.
• Conduct incident triage, threat hunting, compromise assessments, and cyber intelligence analysis.
• Research adversary TTPs and provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Leverage threat intelligence and OSINT to identify risks and improve security posture.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and situational awareness products for stakeholders.
